Using the website
By using TICKETINDIA, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure and use the website lawfully.
Bookings and availability
A booking request is subject to ticket availability, successful review and confirmation by TICKETINDIA. Displayed availability may change. Submitting a request does not by itself guarantee a ticket.
Payments
Customers must follow the payment instructions displayed for the relevant booking. Never share your UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password or OTP with anyone. Payment submissions may be reviewed before an order is confirmed.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, refund and delivery conditions may vary by event and ticket type. Please review the event-specific terms and contact support before making a payment if anything is unclear. Any refund is subject to the applicable event and booking terms and law.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information, complying with venue and event rules, and using tickets only as permitted by the organiser.
